Frame agreement with Apply Sørco AS

Omega will provide personnel services within a large number of disciplines to Apply Sørco AS and the other companies in the Apply Group, having recently been awarded our first frame agreement with the company.

This is the first time Apply Sørco, on behalf of the Apply Concern, enters into a frame agreement with Omega. The term of the agreement is two years, and we are now looking for more consultants, across all disciplines, who are interested in assignments with Apply.

"Since 2007, we have provided several of the Apply companies with Omega expertise, and it is a vote of confidence that the entire Apply Concern has now chosen to increase its Omega focus and award us this frame agreement," says Consultant Manager in Omega AS, Johannes Eide.

"Having cooperated with Apply since 2007, we are very happy that they now choose to award us with a frame agreement," says Consultant Manager Johannes Eide, who signed Omega's first frame agreement with the Apply Concern in March.

“Apply’s companies operate both onshore and on the Norwegian continental shelf, as well as abroad, and we are very happy that they have chosen to expand their cooperation with us. We are proud to work with such a significant company and fast-growing concern in the industry,” Eide says. He signed the agreement, alongside Apply Sørco CEO, Frederik Hvistendahl, and Contract Coordinator, Kåre Tvedt, in March.

Over 100 Consultants

“Apply Sørco sent a request to more than 30 providers in December. Eight companies, including Omega, were chosen, based on price, expertise, capacity, systems and knowledge of the industries in which Apply operates,” Tvedt says.

Apply estimates there will be a need for 100 to 200 consultants on assignments within a wide range of projects in the oil and energy sector, and within construction in the years to come.

“Now, we want to get in touch with consultants for these assignments from a number of disciplines including engineering, project management, procurement and document control for projects mainly located in Bergen, Stavanger and Stord," says Eide.

Apply has more than 2000 employees worldwide and has agreements with companies including Statoil, Marathon, Talisman, Teekay, BP, Shell and Kværner Stord.
