Supporting local talent

Omega sponsored the local support team when Skjold`s two talents, Berge Ohm and Gro Marit Larsen, entered the stage for the finals of “Norway`s Got Talent”.

A packed Skjold Arena followed an historic event Friday 27 May; Of the nine finalists in "Norway`s got talent", Skjold was represented by no less than two singers.

Thirteen-year-old Berge Ohm and 27–year-old Gro Marit Larsen, both Skjold residents, have successfully made it through several polls during the competition this spring.

Skjold is located in Vindafjord, north in Rogaland county, approximately 30 minutes east of Haugesund.

Omega, with headquarters located in the neighboring town Ølensvåg, was one of the local sponsors supporting the celebration.

The finals was shown on a large screen in the arena, and the celebration in Skjold was also followed by cameras from Norwegian TV2, the talent show producer.
