Looking for new Consultants Managers

Omega is looking to employ new Consultants Managers in Stavanger and Oslo, in order to meet the needs of consultants and clients in these two growth regions.
Pablo Tveita and Johannes Eide are two of Omega's Consultants Managers working at Omega's head office in Ølensvåg. Omega is now looking to add new Consultants Managers to our offices in Stavanger and Oslo.
“In the course of this year we have secured five new frame agreements and more than one hundred employees have joined Omega; it's now the right time to invite new Consultants Managers onto our team,” says Omega CEO, Petter Aalvik.
Two new Stavanger Managers
The management team in Omega’s department in Stavanger will be strengthened by the addition of two new Consultants Managers. Currently, Omega has more than 200 employees in the Stavanger region connected to Omega's office at Forus.
“Omega’s new Consultants Managers will play a key role in building Omega's Project Services Department and consultant network in Stavanger, “ Aalvik points out.
Expanding team in Oslo
Omega’s Oslo office at Lysaker has experienced steady growth since its inception in 2007 and is now the Omega base for over 70 team members in the region. Omega is looking to enhance this growth by inviting another Consultants Manager to join the team.
Consultants Manager role
Omega’s Consultants Managers are responsible for offering Omega's consultants great service, matching candidates to job opportunities, whilst also building and maintaining relationships with our clients.
“We are looking for highly-motivated individuals who can offer outstanding service to our consultants and clients. A good understanding of the oil and energy sectors, or personnel management sector would provide a great basis for success in these roles, “ says Aalvik.
