Quality Management, Daily Log, HSE and Incident Management
Quality Management is used to organize and perform activities that direct and control an organization with regard to quality. Quality planning provides direction, with assigned roles and responsibilities, on how quality will be ensured for the business case. The plan results from identifying quality requirements, and Quality Management is used to manage the outcomes, such as activities, responsibilities, and deliverables required to meet these requirements, as well as documenting how quality and compliance will be assured. Daily Log provides a centralized, real-time tool for recording and tracking daily activities, progress, and events on a project. HSE & Incident Management allows organizations to systematically report, track, and manage health, safety, and environmental incidents, near-misses, and hazards. It supports proactive risk management by facilitating the identification of potential safety issues before they result in incidents.
