“In the software sector of Omega 365, we are experiencing strong growth and high demand,” says Svein Tore Haraldseid, General Manager of Omega 365 Solutions. “This presents exciting opportunities for everyone working in the company.”

In Europe, Omega 365 Solutions has offices in Copenhagen, Newcastle, Pau, Lithuania, and Norway, with a steadily growing client base in multiple countries, as well as 20 divisions across Norway.

“As the General Manager of Omega 365 Solutions, I have seen the need for more time to support all divisions in Norway. At the same time, we have high ambitions for the group's European operations. Therefore, we have decided to strengthen the management team with several positions. This means I will have more time to support the implementation of the European growth strategy.”

For Omega 365 Solutions' operations in Norway, Håvard Ravatn and Håvard Matre have been given the responsibility to lead their respective divisions, known internally as E39 and E134.

Håvard Ravatn will support the divisions along the Norwegian west coast up to Stjørdal, while Håvard Matre will support the divisions from Haugesund, via Ølensvåg to Oslo.

“We strongly believe that two smaller management teams will contribute to a more efficient and focused daily operation for our divisions. We look forward to realizing the potential in this new structure and are confident that it will strengthen our market position and improve our services,” says Haraldseid.

By centralizing the European responsibilities at Omega 365 Solutions, they aim to leverage the expertise and experience built in Norway to create stronger relationships with clients and offices across Europe. Their goal is to increase client satisfaction, as well as further growth and development of services and products.

“We also aim to become more uniform in our working methods across the offices in Europe,” says Haraldseid.

To increase market share in Europe, Omega 365 Solutions will work closely with Omega 365 Core. Omega 365 Core will become the parent company for all software business. Academy, Cloud, the Ops Center, HSEQ, as well as communication and design services, will also be key support units in the global effort.

“Omega 365 Core will work closely with our international teams to ensure we have a unified and effective approach to our global operations. This includes implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and ensuring we have the necessary resources to succeed across all markets,” Haraldseid explains.

“We are confident that these changes will strengthen our ability to adapt to a dynamic market while continuing to deliver high quality and innovation to our customers. Through this new structure, we are better equipped to face future challenges and seize new opportunities, allowing us to continue our journey towards success and growth.”
