Forms new Ops Center to enhance stability

Omega 365 has launched the Ops Center, a new unit dedicated to improving software stability and client satisfaction.

The growing team of 12 members ensures prompt responses to application bugs, infrastructure incidents, and security threats.

Based in the Omega 365 Lithuanian office, this growing team of 12 members, led by Senior Software Systems Developer and Department Manager Aleksej Sirokij, focuses on swiftly resolving bugs and issues across all solutions. Acting as first responders and operating under the motto "Get $#it Done!", the Ops Center is committed to quick, effective problem-solving. By addressing bugs immediately, they aim to boost system reliability and enhance the overall client experience. 

“As the Ops Center grows, we hope to become an important unit of Omega 365, ensuring that our products remain robust and reliable. This proactive approach is key to achieving higher customer satisfaction,” says Sirokij. 

The Ops Center collaborates closely with the Core Technology, Cybersecurity, and Cloud and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations. General Manager of Omega 365 Core, Jan Christian Brataas, also believes the center will be important for future development.
