“I graduated as a computer engineer in 2013 and started immediately at the Stavanger office. I was met by an experienced team that had been working for the company for a long time. This is something noticeable in the company. There is little turnover, and for good reason,” says Bø.

He started in the role of Department Manager on July 1 and is grateful for the trust he has been given.

“I have been a team leader for a while and am familiar with many of the tasks. However, I didn’t have specific ambitions to become a Department Manager. When my manager, Håvard Matre, approached me, it was very rewarding to receive his trust. He’s a great person and has been an excellent leader for us. With such talented people on the team here at the Stavanger office, my role will be to help others perform their tasks as effectively as possible and to contribute positively to Omega 365 Solutions. I'm looking forward to that.”

Christer Dybvik Sunde, on the other hand, worked for other employers before joining Omega 365 Solutions. He quickly found his place.

“Time has flown by, and I’ve felt at home from day one. This company is growing rapidly while also providing team members with excellent opportunities for personal development. Opportunities come up regularly, and if you put in the effort and work hard, the rewards will come,” he says.

Becoming a department manager was a goal he set for himself when he started five years ago.

“This is where I feel I can make a big difference.  I like setting visions and goals that benefit the entire team and helping others develop. The department should be run well, and I look forward to contributing to this. I am motivated and ready,” concludes Sunde.
