Fly fishing and local food in Suldal

From 20 to 22 September, Omega 365 hosted an Advantage teambuilding in Suldal, Norway, bringing together colleagues from various locations for a weekend of fly fishing, shared meals, and team bonding.

Set along the scenic Suldalslågen, the largest river in Western Norway, which runs 22 km from Suldalsvatnet to Sandsfjorden, the team stayed at Mo Laksegard, a peaceful farm overlooking the river, located just above Sand in Suldal. The weekend was filled with fishing and shared meals featuring local cuisine. The menu included pork roast, sirloin, pumpkin soup, and freshly baked goods, as well as canned pears from the farm, served with caramelized almonds and ice cream.

Although no fish were caught, the Advantage teambuilding provided an excellent opportunity for team members to bond and get to know each other, as well as the company, better during the trip.
