Sunny teambuilding in Florence

From 24–26 May, Omega 365 hosted an Advantage teambuilding to Florence, a highlight of Tuscany and a hub of Renaissance culture. The team stayed at the charming Hotel Indigo in the Santa Maria Novella neighborhood, ideally situated for exploring the city's rich history.

The Advantage teambuilding trip began early Friday with participants gathering at the airport. Upon arriving in Florence, the team met a local assistant and started the weekend with lunch on the patio of Restaurant Binomio. During the day, there was a professional gathering with presentations on the latest news and developments at Omega 365. The evening ended with a group dinner that helped build connections across the company and projects. 

Saturday was dedicated to exploring Tuscany. After breakfast, the team set off for a full-day excursion, beginning with a guided tour of Siena and some free time to explore independently. Next, the team visited Fattoria San Donato for a vineyard tour, wine tasting, and lunch. They returned to the hotel in the late afternoon, and the day ended with another group dinner at a local restaurant. 

On Sunday, after a final breakfast at the hotel, the team prepared for their return to Norway.
