«We are well on our way with the implementation, and we experience a good dialogue in this process, » says Department Manager in Omega and Project Manager for the implementation at OMV, Johnny Vik.

Vik and system developer, Erik Skagen Vindenes, explain that the plan is that the system will be implemented on projects in Austria, Romania, New Zealand, the Middle East and Africa. Among the modules being implemented are minutes of meeting, risk management, knowledge management, action tracking, status reporting and document control.

«Together with OMV we have implemented several Pims modules that follow the work flow in the company, » says system developer Skagen Vindenes who has been central in the project, especially with regards to developing the web applications.

Department manager Johnny Vik explains that the global implementation of Pims strengthens the work with the internationalization of the project support tool. The Pims systems that are offered by Omega are integrated, uniform, and efficient programs that control information, documentation and all phases of the project.

«We appreciate the trust that OMV has given Omega with a global contract, and we are ready to deliver the software, » says Vik.
