Omega CV Update

To ensure that that our candidates secure the right jobs, it is vital that we present a solid CV. We are now preparing to launch an updated CV application that will help to highlight the experience and expertise our candidates have to offer our clients.

"We want to present our candidates' expertise and experience in an even better way and have therefore started an Improve Project focussing on Omega's CV application. Our aim is to introduce our candidates' qualifications in a simple, uniform and understandable way, whilst also allowing for the inclusion of additional information. These improvements will assist us in identifying the job opportunities that best suit our candidates and improve job matching," says Erlend Nedrelid, Omega's Competence Assurance Manager.
