Department Manager, Johnannes Eide, is excited to continue our collaboration with Fabricom. Omega's framework agreement regarding the supply of personnel, including options, ended last year, but all parties have now agreed to continue the cooperation.

Earlier this summer Department Manager, Johannes Eide, signed a new framework agreement with Fabricom; the agreement spans 2015, with an option of two additional years.

"We have worked with Fabricom for years, and have been a steady supplier of  personnel within various disciplines."

Right now the need for temporary staff in Fabricom is, as with many of our other clients, reliant on the level of activity in the oil and gas industry in Norway.

"Quiet, but we are ready to deliver when Fabricom needs our assistance. With this agreement we will receive all job requests from Fabricom. It also ensures that we are there to present candidates when the demand for staff increases," says Eide.

Eide emphasizes Omega's strong working relationship with Fabricom and is pleased by the vote of confidence they have shown us in entering into the new frame agreement. He also suggests that it is helpful to have Fabricom as a sparring partner in matters affecting the working day for both parties.

"For example, I believe Fabricom appreciated the discussions they had with us when they adopted a new web portal for processing requests. Omega has expertise in both system development and the delivery of personnel, and I think our input in this process was useful."
