    The holiday house does not come with a boat, but it is possible to rent a boat at Sprangereid.

    Check-in is at 18:00 and check-out is at 12:00. If you are leaving on a Sunday and no one has booked the cabin after you, you can stay longer than the check-out time as cleaning services come on weekdays.     The outdoor area

    • The key to the outdoor storage hangs in the key cabinet in the indoor storage.There you will find a barbecue and outdoor chairs.
    • The terrace door at the front can be a little difficult to open (due to salt in the air). When locking the door, you need to hold the handle up and turn the key.
    • White garden benches can be brought in upon departure, while white chairs and tables can be left outside, placed right up against the wall.

    Practical info

    • Velux windows in the bedrooms have built-in roller blinds. When these are being raised or lowered, the window must be completely closed.
    • The small window in the master bedroom cannot be opened or closed (due to salt in the air).
    • Rubbish is disposed of in a container with source sorting on a breakwater in the inner harbor.
    • There is a communal tool shed across the "street". A defibrillator is located there.
    • If there is a bad smell on arrival; flush through all drains.
    • The underfloor heating is preset. It is recommended not to change the setting, and it should not be turned off. If it's cold, there is a good oven available.

    On departure

    • Clean the fridge and stove. 
    • Wash kitchen counters and tables. 
    • Our cleaners clean the apartment between guests. If they have to spend more than two hours, this extra cost will be charged to the employee.
    • Kitchenware in the dishwasher must be put away before you depart.
    • When switching on the dishwasher, double check that it is completely closed.
    • Make sure you have all your belongings and leave the cabin tidy. 
    • Remember to close all windows and lock all doors.
    • The cover for the outdoor furniture must be put on upon departure.
