  • Smoking is prohibited (The condominium gives a fine of NOK 20,000 if they discover smoking inside the housing unit).
  • The condominium requires that it be quiet between 23.00–08.00.
  • All residents of the property are obliged to ensure peace and order. No one should act in a way that is a nuisance to the property or other residents.
  • The front door must always be locked when leaving the property.
  • Remember that check-in is from 05:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. If there is no exchange on the same day (Sunday) you can stay as long as you want. Washing is done on weekdays. Please clarify this with Omega 365 by sending an e-mail to or call +47 5377 5377.

  • Follow the road to Geilo and turn right towards Kongsberg at the roundabout in the center of Geilo.
  • Follow the road for about 4.9 km until you reach a sign for Geilo Fjellandsby/Geilo Skiheiser.
  • Turn right onto Tjødnelia and drive for about 300 meters.
  • Take the first road on the left onto Geilotjødnvegen (do not drive through the tunnel) and you are there.
  • You can park in all the spaces marked "Private parking - Stavisetten Sameie". You will find a parking permit in the apartment which should be placed visibly in the car during parking. Remember to return the permit to the apartment before departure.
  • The apartment is on the ground floor and is signposted with Omega 365.

Washing and cleaning is done by our own cleaner between stays. We therefore ask that the cabin is left tidy after use. Take out the garbage, remove empty goods and empty the fridge/freezer of food. If the cleaners must use more than two hours on the cleaning, the additional expense will be charged to the employee.

On departure

  • Make sure you have all your belongings and leave the apartment tidy.
  • Clean the refrigerator and stove. Clean all surfaces.
  • Lower the temperature of all panel heaters and heating cables to 15 degrees.
  • Garbage must be disposed of in marked containers located in the assigned area. Turn right as you exit onto the main road. Drive about 300 m and you will see a number of containers opposite Kikut Fjellstue.
  • Remember to close all windows. Lock all doors and put the key back in the key box.
