For holiday homes rented out by Omega, charging electric vehicles using a standard outlet is not permitted, either outside the cabins or in parking garages, due to fire risk. Any resulting damage is the guest’s responsibility.

Remember that the check-in is after 17:00 and check-out is at 12:00. If you are leaving on a Sunday and no one is booked after you, you may stay longer than the checkout time as cleaning services arrive on weekdays. Bath

• The main bathroom is on the main floor. It has a toilet, shower, and sink. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available

• A bathroom upstairs with sink and toilet

Boat

Visitors are welcome to use the boat (14 foot 9.9 HP Pioneer with Yamaha outboard motor). You will find information regarding the boat in the cabin. Rules for the use of recreational boats must be followed. Remember to always wear a life jacket when using the boat.

Shops and café

Close by the house, you will find two grocery shops with a wide selection of goods. (a traditional Landhandel). Café Nais is open most days in the summer (100 meters from house).

Directions

If you are traveling from Stavanger, follow the European road north to the roundabout after Aksdal. Follow the sign towards Nedstrand until you reach the ferry dock.

On departure

• Our cleaners clean the apartment between guests. If they have to spend more than two hours, this extra cost will be charged to the employee.

• The refrigerator and freezer must be emptied and cleaned

• Please clean the stove and other surfaces in the kitchen

• Remember to close all windows

• Remember to lock the doors and put the key back into the key box

• Fill the gasoline tank for the boat after use, and use regular gas (95). Leave the tank and the oars in the boat

• If the boat is used for fishing, it must be washed/rinsed before departure

• Please dispose of garbage

• Remember to put the deadman’s handle for the boat on the hanger by the main door of the house
