Duration: ASAP- 31.12.2025
Location: Vækerø, with some travel to one or more locations; Sunndal, Husnes or Karmøy. Can be open to an alternative main location if the resource is located at one of the mentioned locations. 

Assignment Description

• Prepare HSE deliverables for Decision Gate reviews for the projects under his/her responsibility.
• HSE Program
• HSE Plan
• Waste Management Plan
• Emergency and preparedness plan
• Prepare HSE documents as required by Byggherreforskriften
• Risk registers
• SHA Plan
• Participate in the Project Management Team
• Advise on HSE management issues in the project
• Assist disciplines in identifying main authority requirements with respect to HSE
• Assist the Project Manager in promotion of a good HSE culture
• Assist Procurement to ensure that requirements related to HSE are included in the procurement process, pending project phase (Pre-qualification, preliminary risk assessment, ITT and evaluation), 
• Ensure reporting of relevant HSE performance indicators 
• Follow-up Risk and mitigation actions for projects under his/her scope
