Senior Sales Executive
Assignment Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assigned with customers as Key Account Executive
- Review incoming enquiry
- Sourcing of items from overseas & local vendors and manufacturers
- Follow up quotation with customer
- Processes customer orders
- Create/issue PO & GR to vendors and manufacturers
- Arranging delivery of orders to customers
- Coordinate documentation for shipment
- Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
- To maintain good relationship with customers
- To achieve sales budget/targets
- Assist colleagues during their absence
- Any other ad hoc assignments
Qualifications Required
Qualification & Requirements:
- Diploma or University Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed, responsible and aggressive
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Valid Class 3 driving license and possess own car (preferably)
- Willing to travel overseas

Working hours:
5 days’ work week. Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5.30pm
Transport: We have company bus departing near Clementi MRT station at 8.10am to bring staff to our office and a return company bus trip back to Clementi in the evening.
