Senior Sales Executive

Assignment Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assigned with customers as Key Account Executive
  • Review incoming enquiry
  • Sourcing of items from overseas & local vendors and manufacturers
  • Follow up quotation with customer
  • Processes customer orders
  • Create/issue PO & GR to vendors and manufacturers
  • Arranging delivery of orders to customers
  • Coordinate documentation for shipment
  • Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
  • To maintain good relationship with customers
  • To achieve sales budget/targets
  • Assist colleagues during their absence
  • Any other ad hoc assignments

Qualifications Required

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Diploma or University Graduate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Committed, responsible and aggressive
  • Positive attitude
  • Team player
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Valid Class 3 driving license and possess own car (preferably)
  • Willing to travel overseas

Working hours:

5 days’ work week. Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5.30pm

Transport: We have company bus departing near Clementi MRT station at 8.10am to bring staff to our office and a return company bus trip back to Clementi in the evening.
