Assignment Description

THE JOB FOCUS

• Design and review process isolation plans
• Mark-up P&ID's/SLD’s (both vendor and company engineering) for design of isolation execution plans
• Conduct onsite audits of isolations in the field 
• Communicate with site Project Engineers & team leaders around isolation designs 
• Verify process valves position as per sequence, depressurise systems & apply locks & tags as per the plan
• Conduct de-isolations of plant and report status back to permit hut and client 

Qualifications Required

• Min. 5yrs experience as an Isolation Authority
• Oil & Gas industry experience preferred
• Relevant Trade Certificate in required discipline
• Competent to perform isolation within process for plant and equipment
• High level of due diligence around checking faults with isolations are correct and not exposing personnel to hazards
• Solid experience with MS Office (Excel)
• Construction White/Blue Card
• Current C Class Drivers Licence
• Able to remain calm under pressure and to lead by example
• Excellent communication skills to liaise at all levels and while interfacing with stakeholders
