Planner

NSB Omega is Searching for a Planner for our MAJOR Oil & Gas Client in Lima, OH. 

Assignment Description

• Working within a multi-disciplined team, individual will be required to perform a variety of planning and scheduling tasks within Project Management and Scheduling Systems to support engineering, procurement, & construction planning and scheduling.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of various plans, including overall project plans, milestone plans, lookahead schedules, turnaround and daily plans (as required).
• Progress monitoring and analysis.
• Assist in preparation of internal and external reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, implementation, and discipline engineering on all matters related to schedule activities.
• Attend schedule kick-off and progress meetings.

Qualifications Required

• Post secondary diploma or degree in an engineering discipline, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an engineering or construction environment.
• General knowledge of scheduling methods and procedures related to project work.
• Working knowledge of computer applications.
