Location: Bergen

Assignment Description

Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing and execution of project activities within the
company. Hereunder procurement, production, delivery and documentation.

• Participate in handover meetings
• Responsible for project execution according to prevailing company processes, relevant industrial standards and customer requirements.
• Create work orders and produce documentation for engineering and workshop departments for execution of project work
• Establish and follow up delivery plan
• Report progress on ongoing projects
• Procurement and supplier selection in accordance with company regulations and routines.
• Documentation in accordance with customer requirements (SMDR / SMDL, ITP, Q-plan, MR)
• Close communication with customer and internal departments
• Actively participate in QHSE work in department in accordance with prevailing company QMS system and requirements.
• Assist accounting department with bookkeeping

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree level in engineering or equivalent business experience within Subsea Technology
• Understanding of the Subsea business dynamics
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written, both in Norwegian and English language
• Team player
• Computer literate
• Hands-on and pragmatic
