Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support company growth, aligning with sustainability goals and values.
  • Lead a marketing team, offering guidance, mentoring, and support for effective execution of work plan.
  • Set clear marketing objectives aligned with company sustainability goals, and green initiatives.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Regularly communicate the marketing strategy including green marketing initiatives to key stakeholders across departments.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for product lines.
  • Utilize customer feedback and data insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor industry shifts and emerging trends.
  • Lead market research, including forecasts, competitive dynamics, trends, and campaign results for industry leadership.
  • Identify new market segments to benefit from company products and services.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with market stakeholders to promote green partnerships and eco-friendly solutions.
  • Oversee website and social media platforms and ensure company sustainability efforts are highlighted.
  • Drive adoption of AI and marketing automation, CRM, and content management systems for enhanced efficiency.
  • Integrate sustainability messaging into marketing campaigns and promote sustainable solutions to resonate with environmentally conscious customers.
  • Manage offline and online media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines that reflect the company's commitment to sustainability.
  • Monitor brand sentiment related to sustainability and ESG and address any issues proactively.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media and other external entities for efficient execution of PR and communication matters.
  • Provide guidance and support for the execution of PR initiatives.
  • Provide professional marketing advice to executives and senior managers throughout the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing regulations, standards, and policies.
  • Evaluate new tools and platforms that can enhance the effectiveness of green marketing efforts.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation within the marketing team, driving sustainability-focused initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing and leadership.
  • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications are desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and data reasoning abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as marketing automation, CRM, and content management systems.
  • Positive and approachable demeanour with excellent organizational and time management skills.
