QC Painting Inspector

Assignment Description

• Responsible for proactive manner by setting the priorities to HSE first
• Participate in pre-inspections meetings and all other meeting related to QC and painting activities
• Carry out constant surveillance and inspections, to verify and confirm the safety, quality and quantity of the work, is in line with the contract specifications, design drawings and procedures applicable in the project
• Responsible for QC painting inspection activities
• Follow up of CPT preparation and site tests of surface treatment personnel (blasters, painters, touch-up personnel)
• Responsible for MC activities related to surface treatment.
• Follow up of punch items and timely close out prior to MC date.

Qualifications Required

• Must have NACE or FROSIO Level 3 Certificate
• Experience on Equionor / Aibel project will be an advantage
• Familiar with Norsok M-501
• Minimum 10 + years relevant experience within the painting inspection discipline within the offshore O&G or Offshore Wind
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Teams
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Preferably local candidate from Cadiz bay
• Must have NACE or FROSIO Level 3 Certificate
