Project Development Database Administrator

Assignment Description

This position will help with several initiatives as part of the Team. Skills using Excel and a knack for digging in and learning new softwares is required. May also function as a project Estimator. Knowledge of estimating for liquid storage Terminals and/ petrochemical facilities a plus. Also having drafting capability with Autocad in a networked environment could be a plus but is not mandatory. 

 Keep project database up to date. Learn this software and become proficient. Gain sorting and reporting capabilities. 

 Keep Winest estimating database up to date. Learn this software and become proficient. 

    o Be responsible for keeping the unit rates and individual material prices current. 

    o Learn to create estimates using the software.     

    o Learn to create and edit component assemblies. 

    o Learn to install new downloads and annual updates to all computers using the software. 

 Maintain new entries and reporting for Lookback and Quotes Databases 

 Assist with integrating the estimating software with P6 scheduling tool 

 Power BI experience a plus 

 Drafting capability are a plus.
