HSSE Manager

Assignment Description

• Lead HSSE in the Moss Umbilical facility and its objectives
• Establish site objectives, targets and KPIS to underpin the Clients HSSE strategy and objectives
• Ensure compliance with HSSE Management and relevant standards (e.g. ISO 45001/140001 and OSHAS 18001)
• Experience w/ handling HSSE incidents (8D, Kelvin Topset, 4M, RCA, etc.)
• Internal and External Audits and HSSE Reviews
• Knowledge of HSSE processes, tools & behaviors (e.g. LSR, ALARP, Control of Work)
• Leadership, communication skills and hands-on mindset
• Understanding of relevant manufacturing and project execution
• Knowledge of relevant ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Synergi)
• Liaison with clients, PMO and regulatory bodies, where applicable

Qualifications Required

• A proven track record in HSSE manufacturing
• Knowledge of HSSE management systems and processes
• Ability to use statistical methods to drive HSSE performance (incl. data analytics and visualization)
• Influencing, build engagement and motivational skills in a highly international context
• Risk Management and building an HSSE Performance culture through strong network
• Analytical, Meticulous and Precise mindset
• Hands-on, independent and creative
• Ability to work in multiple tasks and balance simultaneous deadlines
• Education: Bachelor graduation in Science or Engineering
• Software skills: Microsoft, Synergi
• Norwegian and English language oral and written is required
