LCI Coordinator

Assignment Description
LCI Coordinator will be responsible for Life Cycle Information deliverables and LCI related issues are aligned with Company and Host requirements. The LCI Coordinator shall establish and ensure implementation of the LCI strategy meet the vision and ambition stated by Operation in the Operation philosophy.

• Establish, maintain and communicate
• LCI strategy and execution plan
• Technical Information
• LCI requirements and correct transfers to Client databases
• LCI deliverables and milestones
• Data model and transfer requirements
• Interface against Host and Contractor’s – verify LCI deliverables for maintenance,   engineering, planning and commissioning
• Provide, support and follow up
• LCI related Input to project plan and LCI milestones
• LCI Deliverables according to plan
• Ensure a common understanding of the as-built requirements
• LCI Deliverables according to plan
• Ensure a common understanding of the as-built requirements
• Providing necessary training
• Provide and contribute to Establishing of:
• Engineering Numbering system
• Ensure that:
• Tagging is according to ENS

Qualifications Required
University degree in Engineering or similar
10-15 years of experience with Lifecycle Information management in Oil & Gas with experience from both Operator and Contractor side in Field Development projects.
• Experience working for Owner/Operator organizations
• Experience from working in Subsea Field Development projects is a benefit
• Experience with information system design and implementation including the establishment of functional specifications and evaluation.

Duration  50% position  ASAP - 1 year
