Assignment Description
Work as a Process Engineer with responsibility for Digitalisation Scope of Work within the process discipline.
You will work in a multidiscipline team, your focus will be the digitalisation scope of work for the process discipline, but you will cooperate with engineers from other disciplines including Client.
Interest in working methods and digitalisation is required.
The FEED scope of work contains designing the applicable process systems of an unmanned process platform (UPP) and having the global system responsibility for applicable systems for the field (which contains in addition to the unmanned process platform also subsea wells and host delivering utilities and chemicals, with focus on unmanned solutions). The FEED contains also a large amount of digitalisation activites.
Some of the tasks:
Define rules from project philosophies to allow intelligent implementation of the rules in the engineering data set (e.g. selection of valves and piping class sheets and relevant attributes).
Transformation of document based data sheets to list of properties data.
Evaluate work flows to align with new ways of working.
Qualifications Required
MSc in ether Chemical, Process, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering
Working experience as a Process Engineer (FEED and/or detail engineering) in Greenfield or Brownfield projects.
Advantage with knowledge within programming (e.g Pyton, Matlab)
Knowledge in NCS requirements (NORSOK, Ptil/PSA) and Equinor requirements
Ability to work independently and thoroughly as well as ability to work in team.
Curious and innovative. Interest in working methods and digitalisation. Multidiscipline understanding. Good communication skills. Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements.
Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others. Communicate well in English – both oral and in writing
