HR Rådgiver – Rekruttering

Assignment Description

  • Attracting and identifying the best candidates for the Business Area
  • Managing recruitment processes  via Cornerstone.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand the position, team needs and culture
  • Actively sourcing, interviewing and selecting.  
  • Participate in onboarding processes 
  • When needed: Advise line managers on general HR matters. 
  • Actively communicate, inform and collaborate with HR colleagues, line managers, and employees to ensure good working processes and positive environment

Qualifications Required

  • Good experience in managing selection & recruitment processes
  • Bachelor within Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, relevant experience may weigh up for lack of formal education
  • Excellent Norwegian and English language skills, spoken and written
  • Excellent collaboration skills, willingness and proven ability to communicate with others
  • Solution-oriented, structured, accurate and systematic
  • Creative and constructive
  • A highly motivated and positive attitude
