Below is the template for Omega 365's email signature that we recommend all employees use. This ensures a consistent presentation and aligns every employee's email signature with Omega 365's brand guidelines.
Omega 365 does not use logos in email signatures due to potential technical difficulties on the recipient’s side. It is therefore recommended that employees only use text-based email signatures.
