Use Capitalization For:

Job Titles: Capitalize formal job titles when they appear directly before or after a name.

Product and System Names: Capitalize the names of Omega 365 products and systems to emphasize their identity.

Acronyms and Initialisms: Always capitalize acronyms and initialisms. Spell out the full term on the first mention with the shortened form in parentheses.
