Scaffolder

Responsibilities:

• Assemble scaffolding according to approved plans.

• Dismantle scaffolding safely after work is completed.

• Inspect scaffolding before use.

• Secure scaffolding with the correct fittings and supports.

• Load and unload scaffolding materials.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and site regulations.

• Report damaged equipment to supervisors.

• Work with other trades to meet project schedules.

• Assist with general site duties when required.

Requirements:

• Secondary school education preferred.

• Previous scaffolding experience is an asset.

• Basic knowledge of scaffolding components.

• Ability to work safely at heights.

• Physically fit and capable of manual labour.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to follow instructions.

• Strong teamwork skills.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Willingness to work overtime when required.
