Gardener / Pool Maintenance Personnel

Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns, gardens, plants, trees, and shrubs.

• Water plants and monitor irrigation systems.

• Trim hedges, prune trees, and remove weeds.

• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments when necessary.

• Plant flowers, shrubs, and other greenery.

• Keep outdoor areas clean, tidy, and visually appealing.

• Operate gardening tools and equipment safely.

• Clean swimming pools, including skimming debris and vacuuming.

• Test and maintain pool chemical levels.

• Add pool chemicals as required to maintain water quality.

• Clean pool filters, pumps, and related equipment.

• Inspect pools for safety and maintenance issues.

• Ensure pool areas remain clean and hazard-free.

Requirements:

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, or pool maintenance preferred.

• Knowledge of pool cleaning procedures and chemical handling is an asset.

• Ability to use gardening and pool maintenance equipment.

• Basic knowledge of plants, lawn care and pool systems.

• Attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with pool pumps, filters, and cleaning equipment.

• Understanding of safe handling of chemicals and fertilizers.

• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.

• Valid driver’s licence is an asset.
