Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a digital mindset and a desire to help project-driven organizations improve project execution through innovative software tools and work processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and has experience supporting the delivery and adoption of digital tools, processes, and structured ways of working across an organization. They are proactive in coordinating follow-up actions, tracking outstanding items, and supporting effective, on-time delivery.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Analyze and improve clients’ project management processes and ways of working.

  • Become a subject matter expert in Omega 365 software tools and work processes.

  • Lead Omega 365 software implementations and support successful client adoption.

  • Manage implementation schedules, monitor progress, and provide regular status reporting to clients.

  • Lead client meetings, track actions and outstanding items, and ensure effective follow-up.

  • Coordinate internal and external deliverables to help keep projects on schedule.

  • Present recommendations, project updates, and findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Create training materials and deliver training to users and client teams.

  • Support technical implementation activities, including process clarification, test preparation, and test execution where needed.

  • Identify business improvement opportunities and recommend suitable initiatives or solutions.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Omega 365 cloud software products and their practical applications.

  • Build strong client relationships and help ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements or additional services based on client feedback and business needs.

  • Support other initiatives and responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

  • Raise risks, issues, or disputes that could affect project success, client perception, or company objectives.


Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in business analysis, project delivery, software implementation, digital transformation, or process improvement.

  • Project management certification, such as PMP, is considered an asset.

  • Strong digital literacy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time, permanent basis without employer sponsorship.
