Project Assistant
Responsibilities:
Communicate and assist with project completion including receipt of payments.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate and filed.
Assist projects with customer communication and interactions.
Ensure all other required documents are obtained from a client, including feedback.
Acts as a liaison between the customer and project management for project success.
Address questions/ concerns throughout the projects.
Perform tasks required by the project managers in support of project needs.
Be aware of all aspects of work so proper assistance can be provided.
Responsible for tracking project changes, procedures and updated schedules.
Review project information and compile schedules on time.
Track the projects of all new and ongoing projects and maintain up-to-date notes.
File all project documents appropriately, hard and soft copies.
Organize and submit supporting documentation on completion of projects.
Submit and request info to the client as directed by the project managers or control.
Report and update project control and project managers on all issues.
Adhere to all company policies, regulations and procedures.
Comply with company safety guidelines and adhere to same.
Any other duties that may be assigned by your manager that is in your scope of work.
Requirements:
5 CXC with grades 1-3 in Math and English
Diploma in Business Administration or Project Management from a recognized institution.
2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal relations
Familiar and conversant with documentation and reporting.
Timely completion of tasks.
Excellent relationship among employees and clients.
