Cashier
Responsibilities:
Collection, verification, and submission of senior citizen pension and public assistance vouchers to the MHSS.
Assist with customers, and agents’ queries via telephone and skype.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring complaince with company procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English
1–2 years’ experience in customer service (an asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Cash handling experience is an asset
Flexible to work extended hours as needed
Excellent customer service and communication skills
