Cashier

Responsibilities:

  • Collection, verification, and submission of senior citizen pension and public assistance vouchers to the MHSS.

  • Assist with customers, and agents’ queries via telephone and skype.

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring complaince with company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English

  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer service (an asset)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Cash handling experience is an asset

  • Flexible to work extended hours as needed

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
