Receptionist & Front Desk Cashier

Responsibilities:

  • Greet walk-in clients courteously.

  • Identify the purpose of visits and direct appropriately.

  • Maintain a calm, organized front desk.

  • Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp messages.

  • Log messages and set expectations for callbacks.

  • Provide basic confirmations (hours, location, order status).

  • Escalate technical, order, or pricing queries correctly.

  • Offer light showroom guidance (product categories only).

  • Refer all sales, pricing, or customization questions to Sales.

  • Receive payments and issue receipts as instructed.

  • Maintain accurate cash logs and secure cash properly.

  • Keep front desk records neat and assist management with documentation.

  • Ensure correct routing of client queries and prevent misinformation.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Apply basic math and record-keeping skills.

  • Stay on-site and provide continuous front desk coverage during shifts.

Requirements:

  • CSEC Diploma (Basic math is a preference.)

  • Organization and Record keeping skills  

  • Verbal and Written communication skills

  • Courteous and welcoming demeanor

  • Proficient with phones, WhatsApp, and digital tools.

  • Attention to Detail

  • Strong integrity.

  • ·        Interpersonal skills.
