Receptionist & Front Desk Cashier
Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in clients courteously.
Identify the purpose of visits and direct appropriately.
Maintain a calm, organized front desk.
Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp messages.
Log messages and set expectations for callbacks.
Provide basic confirmations (hours, location, order status).
Escalate technical, order, or pricing queries correctly.
Offer light showroom guidance (product categories only).
Refer all sales, pricing, or customization questions to Sales.
Receive payments and issue receipts as instructed.
Maintain accurate cash logs and secure cash properly.
Keep front desk records neat and assist management with documentation.
Ensure correct routing of client queries and prevent misinformation.
Demonstrate professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
Apply basic math and record-keeping skills.
Stay on-site and provide continuous front desk coverage during shifts.
Requirements:
CSEC Diploma (Basic math is a preference.)
Organization and Record keeping skills
Verbal and Written communication skills
Courteous and welcoming demeanor
Proficient with phones, WhatsApp, and digital tools.
Attention to Detail
Strong integrity.
