Computer & Order Processing Clerk
Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
Verify stock availability in the system before confirming orders.
Prepare order requests and documentation for bonded warehouse dispatch.
Maintain and update inventory records using QuickBooks.
Track incoming and outgoing stock and report discrepancies.
Maintain daily records of sales transactions.
Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
Organize and maintain records of orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.
Assist with sales and inventory reports as required.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Requirements:
CXC Diploma/Equivalent secondary Education.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Working knowledge of QuickBooks (inventory and invoicing).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Honest and trustworthy.
Reliable and punctual.
Strong work ethic.
Good communication skills.
Prior experience in order processing, inventory management, or accounting/administrative support is an asset.
