Storekeeper
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against invoices or delivery notes
Store items properly and maintain organized storage areas
Issue materials and supplies as per authorized requests
Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based)
Conduct regular stock counts and assist with audits
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or slow-moving items
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of goods
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store/warehouse area
Coordinate with purchasing and other departments as required
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse assistant, or similar role
Basic computer skills (inventory systems, MS Excel, etc.)
Knowledge of inventory control procedures
Ability to lift and move goods as required
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
