Assignment Description

• Ensure that the work which is carried out fulfils the department plans and procedures

• Responsible for document management in individual project or contract

• Ensure that colleagues have good understanding regarding routines and tasks performed for various disciplines

• Responsible for all in coming and out going deliveries which go through document control

• Responsible for the establishment of electronic archive in internal document control tool

• Be familiar with eventual electronic client systems

• Responsible for handling all engineering and supplier documentation

• Responsible for internal and external reporting of technical documentation-
  

Qualifications

• Relevant formal education

• Long experience, 10 to 12 years, within offshore /onshore related projects

• Knowledge of relevant standards, prosedure and requirements

• Knowledge of modifications on offshore / onshore installations when in operation

• The ability to work independently, as well as in a team

• Good communication skills, written and oral 

• Is systematic and accurate 

• Has high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements 

• Is solution-oriented 

• Collaborative work attitude and accepts multicultural work environment
