Assignment Description
Allocating personnel to projects
Cross check hours for payroll and invoicing
Invoicing of projects
Processing incoming invoices
Check travel expenses for projects
Check recorded hours for deviations
Time recording and support
Qualifications
Bachelor degree within economics, finance, accounting, administration or similar
2-4 years of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel
SAP and/or PIMS experience is a bonus
Great oral and written communication skills, both in Norwegian and English
Ability to work under high pressure and towards deadlines
Ability to work independently
Team player
Structured and curious
Generally good IT skills
