Assignment Description
Kunde ønsker Project Control ressurser med hovedvekt på Cost, eventuelt ren Cost Controller.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates during bid development based on defined scopes and BoQs.
Collect and structure cost data from procurement processes, supplier quotes, and historical benchmarks.
Manage and continuously improve the cost estimation database to support consistent and comparable estimates.
Benchmark contractor and supplier offers to identify deviations, pricing strategies, or errors.
Apply structured cost classification principles (e.g., AACEI cost classes) to support transparency and traceability.
Collaborate with the project team, procurement, and finance to ensure alignment on cost assumptions and risk.
Provide scenario-based cost analysis to support bid decisions.
Contribute to the future integration of cost data with BIM models and digital estimation tools.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, or cost engineering in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret technical and commercial data.
Familiarity with the client (byggherre) role and bid development processes.
Structured and proactive approach to building and maintaining cost models and databases.
Qualifications
Erfaring med Omega 365 for Prosjektstyring er en fordel.
