Personnel Logistics Coordinator

Contract Term: 3 Months

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage international mobility processes.

  • Handle visas, permits, and immigration compliance.

  • Support expatriates with onboarding and relocation.

  • Coordinate housing, schooling, and local registrations.

  • Oversee mobility-related suppliers and services.

  • Maintain accurate mobility and immigration records.

  • Prepare contracts, assignment letters, and documents.

  • Assist with benefits, insurance, and relocation entitlements.

  • Contribute to mobility budgeting and cost tracking.

  • Update mobility policies and ensure adherence to company standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Foreign Trade, Tourism, International Relations, or similar field.

  • Previous experience in immigration, personnel administration, or international mobility is an asset.

  • Experience in the oil & gas sector (onshore/offshore) is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.

  • Ability to work with sensitive information and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
