Network/ Server Engineer
Qualification & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer related
At least 3 years’ relevant experience in servers maintenance and support, application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Firewall configuration, Cloud backup, VMWare, VPN maintenance, SDWAN, Layer 3 switches, Load balancing and failover.
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in servers and cybersecurity related support
Experienced in Disaster recovery (DRP), Business continuity (BCP), server and network security.
Knowledge of Linux, MS SQL or any Database.
Team Viewer Remote Support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese preferred.
Experienced in first level ERP system support if any
Key Responsibilities
Hardware and software application support, network / server infrastructure maintenance, Administration of Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint.
NAS backup and Acronis cloud backup
Troubleshot network / servers / security related issues
Participating in IT projects, infrastructure upgrade
Assist in IT related audit.

Working hours
5 days work week
Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Transport
We have company bus departing near Clementi MRT station at 8.10am to bring staff to our office and a return company bus trip back to Clementi in the evening.
