Assignment Description

As an HVAC Discipline Lead, you will support project execution across all phases. Key responsibilities include: Contract & Client Interaction: Analyze contracts and specifications, and participate in technical discussions with clients. Team Leadership: Manage HVAC team tasks and deliverables, stepping in on individual tasks when necessary. Design Development: Prepare Basis of Design, HVAC Philosophy, and System Description documents. 

Technical Contributions: Schematic Air Flow Diagrams and D&ID drawings. Select HVAC equipment based on capacity and suitability. Provide input to the 3D model. Follow up with the supplier

Project Support: Offer senior HVAC expertise from concept through construction, including participation in reviews. Coordination: Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of HVAC discipline experience on large offshore projects, preferably greenfield, from C-study to handover. Proven experience in team leadership.
• Experience with HVDC/wind projects is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail, as well as effectively in a team environment. 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive mindset; willing to share knowledge and experience with others.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with relevant offshore standards.
