Duration: ASAP - 1 year
Location: The work location is flexible and can be remote. However, travel to site in France should be expected.

Assignment Description

• For an onshore project in France, we are seeking an experienced E&I engineer with solid knowledge of and background in French regulations.
• Broad expertise within the discipline is desirable, including a strong understanding of instrumentation design and engineering, as well as associated control systems.
• Guide engineers within the discipline regarding specific requirements for materials and design solutions in accordance with French regulations.
• Conduct site surveys to establish optimal design solutions in collaboration with installation contractors and operations personnel.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation in line with client requirements and specifications.
• Specify required materials and bulk items for installation packages.
• Collaborate with other disciplines within the project and with the client.

Qualifications

• Both English and French is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering disciplines.
• Alternatively, a technical college degree combined with a minimum of 12 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Required: MS Office
• Preferred: PIMS
• Strong competence in French regulatory requirements within the discipline is essential.
