Protocol Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist passengers at arrivals and departures
  • Guide guests through check-in, security, immigration, and boarding processes
  • Assist with baggage handling and coordinate porter services when required
  • Provide personalized service for VIPs, families, and corporate travelers
  • Handle passenger inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
  • Coordinate with airlines, immigration, and airport staff for smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and service standards

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in airport services, guest relations, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Professional presentation and customer-first attitude
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
