Marine Interface Manager
Job Requirements:
Master mariner having sailed as Chief Officer on LNG ships for at least 5 years of which 2 years should be on FSRU.
Familiar with international standards and guidance from industry bodies.
Capacity to lead and manage interfaces with FSRU Owners, Bunker vessel operators, Port authorities, SLNG and other marine stakeholders.
Capacity to lead and support the development of engineering deliverables relating to the marine interface
Understanding of basic process physics and engineering requirements (e.g. JT effect, able to understand HMB)
Understanding of hard arm operating and maintenance requirements
Understanding of SSL requirements and limitations
Support the development of operational philosophy and development of the required manuals (e.g. Terminal information manual, operating procedures, maintenance programmes, checklists etc.)
Capacity to support the development and implementation of the commissioning plan, in particular the interface between the onshore and FSRU design teams.
Experience in LNG and oil & gas projects is mandatory.
Local Singaporeans and PRs are desirable
For foreign candidates: must currently hold valid passes in Singapore and have prior work experience in Singapore, along with relevant LNG and oil & gas project experience.
Location: Jurong Port
Salary: $13,000- 15,000 plus or minus (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
