Wildfire Defense Presentation & Data Assistant

Location: Remote 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build clean, persuasive presentations in Gamma AI based on site assessments and engineering inputs.
• Perform Excel-based calculations for water flow, pressure loss, tank capacity, and system efficiency.
• Convert technical data and sketches into clear, client-friendly visuals and diagrams.
• Organize site-specific details—including photos, notes, roof type, and access points—into structured slide decks.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to refine messaging and visual content.
• Maintain and improve presentation templates to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Track version history and customize inputs for each client as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Gamma AI or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong Excel skills, including use of formulas, tables, and charts.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, visual formats.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with wildfire mitigation, plumbing systems, or GIS mapping would be an asset
