Assignment Description

• Lead Business Analyst with experience from ENDUR/ETRM implementation supporting Gas marketing and Trading
• As an experienced Business Analyst, you will bring a comprehensive toolkit for facilitating requirement capture, analysis, and design. 
• Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial.
• Front Office: Trading and marketing of gas.
• Middle Office: Risk and performance management related to gas trading and marketing.
• Back Office: Invoicing and accounting related to gas trading and marketing.
• ETRM Systems Expertise:
• Overview: Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems are software solutions designed to manage and automate the trading and risk management processes for energy commodities. These systems capture and manage wholesale energy market transactions from execution to settlement, invoicing, managing, reporting market and credit exposures, and market integration.

• Trade Capture and Management: Real-time capture of trade data, including forward, futures, and spot market transactions.

• Position Management and Reporting: Accurate reporting and analysis to stay competitive in the energy market.

• Integration: Seamless integration with other systems to ensure smooth operations.

• Workflow Management: Streamlined processes with checks and balances, providing accountability and controls.

• Data Management: Efficient handling of large amounts of data, with capabilities for visualization and real-time analysis.

• Experience with ETRM Implementation: Preferably with Endur, a leading ETRM system known for its comprehensive functionality and flexibility.

• Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise across different teams, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and maintain consistent and effective communication throughout all project stages.

• Documentation and Coordination: Capable of documenting requirements, writing functional specifications, and coordinating testing and training activities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently support and enhance the development and design of comprehensive solutions that integrate hardware, software, and services to meet customer requirements.
• Proficiency in interacting with stakeholders to understand solution requirements and business goals.
• Eager to learn new business areas and meet new people.
• Proactive in identifying potential roadblocks and collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams to find solutions
