Assignment Description
The Completion Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management and maintenance of the Mechanical Completion to ensure project quality and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

This role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure project success and compliance with all standards.
- Ensuring that Mechanical completion complied by the Contractor and/or the Client, are complete and then transferred, registered and numbered correctly and finally uploaded into the Completion system database.
- Ensuring that the Mechanical completion is maintained up to date as soon as new check sheets are identified, proper action taken, and follow-up for closing out, in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that proper reports are delivered to respective disciplines to drive Mechanical completion phase to timely completion
- Retaining records of all MCCR
- Returning to the Originator electronic print outs of input for verification of correct entry.
- Witness the post walkdown meeting during the PL List Categorization.
- Interface the Punch list Coordination and completion of system before
- system hand over.
- Ensure that relevant activities within the discipline are within the company framework and in conformance with contract requirements, Project Execution Plan, and relevant laws and regulations. The health and safety of personnel, natural and working environment and equipment shall be taken care pf.
- Work with PDE Regulatory Compliance & Verification Lead and Contractors to ensure that required compliance and verification activities in areas of all discipline are defined and executed as required.
- Coordinator will prepare and maintain an engagement matrix to ensure required amount of involvement in all disciplines.
- Monitor and review the database regularly and update relevant MCCR in to correct discipline.
- Participate mechanical completion review sessions.
- Collaborate closely with other key disciplines in the Project Management Team. Call off assistance from discipline resources within area of responsibility as needed to keep quality and progress.
- Review documentation according to Document Distribution Matrix
- Act as discipline lead within the Project Management Team for the work scope of Mechanical completion
- Participate and follow-up as necessary in technical audits within area of responsibility.
- Report to the Construction Manager any delay in progressing the engineering deliverables by Contractor for the project scope.
- Ensures that PDE and Client safety quality and management standards are implemented and maintained in the development of the Mechanical completion database.
- Ensure good cooperation, communication and alignment between the base organization and the project.
- Provide necessary assistance for interface coordination.
- Communicate and monitor daily construction and mechanical completion activities with subcontractors/vendors at shipyard.
- Interface several Vendor for eventual resolution of potential outstanding carry over work
- Timely supervise Scooping activity for Mechanical Scope of work of JV (New, modification, TempR SoW)
- Timely supervise execution activity for Mechanical Scope of work of JV (New, modification, TempR SoW)
- Coordinate Completion engineer in their daily task
Qualifications
- Technical education on bachelor level or higher within working area.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within Completion manager list discipline and experience of at least two recent projects as Completion leader/manager
- Preferable recent experience of using PIMS (Omega 365).
- Recent experience of working on modification projects and / or FPSO redeployment is strongly desired.
- Recent experience of working in a similar role on UK North Sea projects will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills applied to a multidisciplined project team.
- Recent relevant experience in middle east / southeast Asia shipyards is an advantage.

- Organized, Systematic & Flexible
- English – fluent written and verbal skills.
