Summary:

In this role, the successful candidate is expected to create/ produce, review, and publish content (Graphics & videos) based on customer feedback and competitive research on industry trends and popular culture. They will be expected to maintain strict adherence to established marketing guidelines by collaborating with the marketing team to ensure an accurate online representation of the firm. Success in this role will be demonstrated by generating relevant and engaging social media posts to expand brand awareness, internet traffic, and sales. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop & curate engaging content for social media platforms
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video and photo content
  • Attend events and produce live social media content 
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create social media calendar
  • Monitor social media channels for trends
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics. 
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy

Qualifications/ Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years’ experience with social media marketing or content development (graphics & video) 
  • Experience using photo & video editing software to create eye-catching and engaging content (canva, photoshop, capcut etc)
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
  • Excellent social listening skills
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication
  • Impeccable time management skills
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
